By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have authorization to use the selected payment method.
3. Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Shipping times and costs vary based on product type, availability, and delivery location. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final, as each product is custom made-to-order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases of damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@thesaltlight.org with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will coordinate a replacement or resolution with our fulfillment partner at no additional cost to you.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or preference)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
